DIY: OKRA LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER FOR NATURAL HAIR. 

Why should you use okra? 

It makes the hair soft and easy to comb. Regular use would make your hair healthy and create great curl definition.
 

As a young student I found out that the slimy substance in okra is a good ingredient to use as leave-in conditioner. It is rich in vitamins and minerals.  It ensures shiny hair and top it all, it has a neutral smell. 

I use it when twisting and as a lock gel to create a perfect twist out. 
A natural hair product like this would cost a fortune ,so I create my own magic portion. 

MY SECRET RECIPE 
- OKRA
- Any choice oil.; I use castor oil. 
- sauce pan
- A jar
- Empty bottle
-A strainer cloth. 

INSTRUCTION 
- cut okra in bits. 
- Add water in sauce pan and put okra in.  Allow to boil at medium heat. 
- let it simmer for about 15 minutes while stirring occasionally 
- put down and allow to cool off, pour in a jar and store for a day.
- using a strainer cloth separate the seeds and skin from the slime. 
- Finally add your oil to the slime. Store in a bottle .
  
YOUR OKRA LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER IS READY.  SHAKE BEFORE USE. 

NOTE: It lasts for two weeks.

Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the Walls of the arteries. Blood pressure changes during the day , it lowers as you sleep and rises when you wake up. It can also rise higher than that when you are excited,  nervous or active.
The normal blood pressure of the body is at 120 mmHg, abnormality can arise when blood pressure us higher than 120 - 80mmHg. It rises with age.

In many people with high blood pressure, a single specific cause is not known. This is called essential or primary high blood pressure. Research is continuing to find causes. 

In some people, high blood pressure is the result of another medical problem or medication. When the cause is known, this is called secondary high blood pressure.
In a nutshell no matter what your  blood pressure says always visit your doctor.

Breast cancer is a kind of cancer that developed from breast cells. Breast cancer usually starts off in the inner lining of milk ducts or the lobules that supply them with milk. A malignant tumor can spread to other parts of the body. A breast cancer that started off in the lobules is known as lobular carcinoma, while one that developed from the ducts is called ductal carcinoma.
      Numerous kinds of breast cancer exist,  those that begin in the milk duct and those that that begin in lobulos.

Women who detect any of thus symptoms should report their doctor.
  • A lump in a breast
  • A pain in the armpits or breast that does not seem to be related to the woman's menstrual period
  • Pitting or redness of the skin of the breast; like the skin of an orange
  • A rash around (or on) one of the nipples
  • A swelling (lump) in one of the armpits
  • An area of thickened tissue in a breast
  • One of the nipples has a discharge; sometimes it may contain blood
  • The nipple changes in appearance; it may become sunken or inverted
  • The size or the shape of the breast changes.
  • The nipple-skin or breast-skin may have started to peel, scale or flake.
